Delete Your Account

Request deletion of your Meatado account and personal data.

Option 1 — Request by email

• Send an email to support@meatadomeatdelivery.in from the address on your account (if any), with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.
• Include your registered mobile phone number so we can verify and locate your account.
• We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days, and confirm by email or SMS.

Option 2 — Request in the app

• Open the app and go to Profile → Settings.
• Use the contact option to send us a deletion request, or email us using the details above.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymise your personal information, including:

• Your name, phone number, and email address;
• Your saved delivery addresses and their location coordinates;
• Your reviews and profile data.

What we may retain

We may retain a limited set of records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes — for example, order and tax/invoice records — for the period required by applicable Indian tax and accounting regulations. Such records are kept secure and are not used to contact or profile you.
